Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Tablespoon Oil
- ♡ 1 Small Onion – Finely Sliced
- ♡ 2 Cups Savoy Cabbage – Finely Sliced
- ♡ 1 ½ Cup Carrots – Finely Sliced (We Used A Mandoline Slicer)
- ♡ ½ Red Capsicum - Finely Sliced (Julienne)
- ♡ ¼ Cup Shallots - Chopped
- ♡ ½ Cup Enoki Mushrooms
- ♡ Iceberg Lettuce Cups – We Used 8 Small Washed And Placed Upside Down To Drain
- Dressing
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a large wok add onion and fry until aromatic add cabbage stir-fry until just weltered.
- ♥ Add carrots, capsicum and shallots stir-fry until they start to soften.
- ♥ Add mushroom, stir-fry until heat through, remove wok from heat.
- ♥ Cool the mixture.
- ♥ Spoon into the lettuce cups drizzle with dressing and serve.
- Dressing:
- ♥ Put all the ingredients in a jar with a lid shake to combine.
