Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Corn Cobs remove corn kernels with a sharp knife
- ♡ ¼ Savoy Cabbage (4 cups) finely sliced (we used a mandolin)
- ♡ 2 Lebanese cucumbers julienned or cut into strips (we used a mandolin)
- ♡ 3 sticks of celery sliced
- ♡ 1 Red capsicum cut in slices
- ♡ ¼ Cup parsley chopped
- ♡ Dressing: In a jar mix: 2Tbls Apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt to taste.
Instructions
- ♥ Combine all the ingredients together toss gentle and add dressing to taste. Enjoy as a side dish or a refreshing lunch time summer salad.
