Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Cucumber – washed and grated with skin on
- ♡ 1 cup thick Greek plain yogurt
- ♡ 1-2 Tbls lemon juice (depending on your taste)
Instructions
- ♥ Squeeze as much of the water from the cucumber as you can, then place it in a mixing bowl.
- ♥ Mix the yogurt and lemon juice into the grated cucumber and season to taste.
- ♥ serve with pita bread, crackers, vegetable sticks as a tasty snack.
