Ingredients
- ♡ 3 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- ♡ 1 Can diced tomatoes (800g)
- ♡ 1 tspn dried oregano
- ♡ 500g pack Rigatoni or Penne Pasta
- ♡ Parmesan Cheese to serve.
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a shallow casserole dish
- ♥ Add garlic and fry until aromatic
- ♥ Add Tomatoes stir fry until heated through
- ♥ Add oregano and ½ cup water stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes, add more water if necessary.
- ♥ Boil pasta until al dente (firm to the bite)
- ♥ Drain pasta and serve with Tomato and basil sauce and Parmesan Cheese
