
Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Large parsnips cut into 2 cm batons
- ♡ 4 medium carrots cut into 2 cm batons
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ Rosemary sprigs to taste.
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a flame poof baking dish
- ♥ Stir fry until golden add rosemary
- ♥ Bake in a 200ºC oven for 15 minute or until cooked through
- ♥ Serve as a side dish or add rocket and dress with balsamic vinegar for a tasty salad.
