Ingredients
- ♡ 500g baby or Dutch Carrots – scrubbed or peeled - cut in half
- ♡ 1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 1-2 Sprigs of rosemary
- ♡ 1- 2 tsps sesame seeds
- ♡ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 200°C.
- ♥ Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- ♥ Add carrots and oil gently toss to coat. Spread out on tray in a single layer.
- ♥ Roast 10 minutes. Stir in rosemary. Roast until tender and lightly browned in spots, 7 to 10 minutes.
- ♥ Sprinkle with sesame seeds and roast a further 2-3 minutes
- ♥ Season with salt and pepper - Enjoy!
