Ingredients
- ♡ 8 truss cherry tomatoes
- ♡ 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ♡ 2-3 Tbls fresh pesto (depending on your taste)
- ♡ Multigrain sourdough bread – toasted
Instructions
- ♥ Cut the tops off tomatoes and use a teaspoon to scoop out the flesh and seeds.
- ♥ Mix the ricotta and pesto together, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- ♥ Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
- ♥ Serve with toasted multigrain sourdough.
- ♥ Enjoy!!
