Ingredients
- ♡ 4 cups mixed mesclun salad leaves
- ♡ 1 Orange peeled, sliced and quartered
- ♡ ½ fennel bulb shaved
- ♡ 1 small avocado, sliced
- ♡ Dressing: Mix in a jar: 3 Tbsp oil, ½ lemon juiced, 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ♡ ½ cup almonds toasted
Instructions
- ♥ Place the salad leaves in a large serving bowl.
- ♥ Add oranges and fennel and toss gently
- ♥ Top with avocado slices and drizzle the dressing sprinkle with almonds
