Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 1 Tbls Butter
- ♡ 1 Leek, White Part Only Finely Sliced
- ♡ 6 Potatoes, Peeled Diced
- ♡ 250mls Vegetable Stock (Massel Brand)
- ♡ 2 Cups Finely Shredded Cabbage
- ♡ ½ Cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil and 1butter in a pan, Add leek & potato, add stock, bring to simmer.
- ♥ Add cabbage reduce heat, cook until cabbage potatoes are soft and mushy, stir through sour cream.
