
Ingredients
- ♡ 400g canned chickpeas, drained,
- ♡ 1 tablespoons tahini paste
- ♡ ½ lemon- juiced
- ♡ 2 Tbls olive oil, plus extra to serve
- ♡ Pita bread to serve
Instructions
- ♥ Place the chickpeas, tahini paste, and lemon juice in a jug and use a stick blender process until combined. Add a couple tablespoons of water if it’s too thick
- ♥ Add the oil and process until quite smooth.
- ♥ Place hummus in a bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil and serve with pita bread
