Ingredients
- ♡ 4-6 Corn Cobs, husks removed, cut in quarters
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
- ♡ Butter to taste
Instructions
- ♥ Thread on a skewer 3 to 4 sections
- ♥ Brush the corn with the olive oil and cook on a grill plate, turning frequently, for 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
- ♥ Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and butter to taste!!!
