
Ingredients
- ♡ 2 litres full cream milk (preferably A2)
- ♡ 1 tsp salt (level or just under)
- ♡ 130 ml white vinegar
- ♡ Cheese cloth inside a cheese basket for straining the liquid
Instructions
- ♥ Very gently bring the milk to boil
- ♥ Add salt and vinegar and remove from heat the milk will separate
- ♥ Then using a slotted spoon collect the cheese and put it into the prepared basket and let it strain of all liquid.
- ♥ When its cool enough to touch remove the cheese cloth and put the cheese back into the basket. ♥ Leave the cheese until it has cooled enough to refrigerate.
- ♥ Enjoy your homemade cheese!
