
Ingredients
- ♡ 4 Medium carrots – grated (I used a Korean Carrot Grater)
- ♡ 3 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
- ♡ 1 ½ Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ ½ tsp Salt or taste
Instructions
- ♥ Place the grated carrots in a serving bowl
- ♥ In a jar combine the vinegar, oil and salt. Put the lid on and shake to combine
- ♥ Pour over carrots toss and serve
