
Ingredients
- ♡ 500g Brussels sprouts- cleaned, trimmed, and cut in half
- ♡ 1-2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
- ♡ 1-2 Cloves garlic- crushed
- ♡ 2 Tbls Parmesan Cheese
- ♡ Season with salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- ♥ Use a pan large enough to fit all the brussel sprouts in a single layer
- ♥ Add oil and about ¼ cup of hot water and stir fry the Brussels sprouts until the water has evaporated and they start to change colour to lightly brown.
- ♥ Add garlic and stir fry until aromatic. Remove from heat before the garlic starts to brown.
- ♥ Transfer to a serving plate and top with grated parmesan.
- ♥ Enjoy!
