Ingredients
- ♡ 1 ½ Cup Broccoli Florets - Steam and mash with a fork
- ♡ 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- ♡ 1 Egg – Lightly whisked
- ♡ ½ Cup Milk
- ♡ ¾ Cup Self-Raising Flour
- ♡ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- ♡ Season with salt and pepper
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 200°C
- ♥ Grease 8 muffin holes of a muffin pan (or insert muffin paper)
- ♥ Place mash broccoli florets in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined.
- ♥ Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pans, making 8 muffins total.
- ♥ Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
