Ingredients
- ♡ ¼ cup pine nuts (toasted)
- ♡ 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- ♡ 1 garlic clove crushed
- ♡ ½ Cup grated Parmesan
- ♡ ¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
- ♡ 400g Dry spaghetti pasta
- ♡ To Serve: Garden Salad
Instructions
- ♥ Process, pine nuts, basil, garlic and parmesan, scraping down sides occasionally, until almost smooth.
- ♥ With motor running, add oil in a slow, steady stream. Process to combine. Add more oil if necessary.
- ♥ Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions until al dente, drain.
- ♥ Add pesto to pasta, toss to combine, serve with salad
- ♥ The pesto sauce freezes really well, double the recipe have fresh pesto on hand!
