Ingredients
- ♡ 300g Macaroni
- ♡ 30g Butter
- ♡ 1 ½ Tbls plain flour
- ♡ 1 ¼ Cup (300 ml) warm milk
- ♡ 1 Cups (125g) grated tasty cheese
- ♡ 1 Tbls Chopped parsley and or chives
Instructions
- ♥ Cook the macaroni in a large pan of boiling water until slightly under cooked, drain and put it into a baking dish
- ♥ In the mean time, melt the butter in sauce pan add the flour and stir with a balloon whisk for 1 minute over medium-low heat.
- ♥ Gradually add the warm milk, stirring until smooth cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the grated cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Stir through herbs.
- ♥ Pour cheese sauce over the pasta and bake in hot oven until the slightly brown on top (about 5 minutes)
- ♥ Serve with hot and enjoy!
