Ingredients
- ♡ 100g butter, chopped
- ♡ ¼ cup golden syrup
- ♡ 2 cups quick oats
- ♡ ½ raw sugar
- ♡ ¼ cup wholemeal flour
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oven to 180ºC/350ºF
- ♥ Combine butter and golden syrup in pan. Over a medium heat melt the butter while stirring.
- ♥ Stir in the remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
- ♥ Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place them on a tray lined with baking paper approximately 3 cm apart.
- ♥ Flatten the balls to 1 cm thick and bake in the over for about 15 minutes or until light brown in colour
- ♥ Remove from tray and allow to cool on a rack.
