This 8 week program takes you and your family on a journey to well being with the following structure:
- Week 1:Introduction, Understanding Goals and Rewards + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout
- Week 2:Understanding the basics of good family nutrition + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout
- Week 3: Understanding processed foods, fats and sugars and label reading + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout
- Week 4: Meal Planning, What is a healthy meal, portion sizes, lunch box dilemma, eating out, celebration food + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout.
- Week 5: Learn to how to cook meals in advance to de – stress your busy week. We will be cooking for 4 meals! No Family Fitness Workout this week.
- Week 6: Review of meal plans: Creating an environment for healthy behaviors, understanding hunger, cravings, thoughts and feelings about food. + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout.
- Week 7: Review of meal plans: How to increase active time, reduce screen time, and develop a family well-being plan. + 30 minute Family Fitness Workout.
- Week 8: Review of meal plans: Understanding Family routines, Sleep for wellbeing, setting family priorities, How to problem solve, Wrap-UP and farewell.
This is a comprehensive program helping families work together in a busy world with laughter and love!
