Small Group Training

Small group training is a great way to start on the road to better fitness!

Exercise Guidelines published by Fitness Australia,  recommends both cardiovascular and strength training for optimal fitness.

They recommend Cardiovascular (cardio) training, 75-minutes of vigorous exercising per week, ideally over 3 sessions. Strength or resistance training is recommended  2 – 3 times per week on non-consecutive days.

Our small group exercise program combines the best of these in our Shape Up Classes: Cardio/Core/Strength. In just 30 minutes you will be working into the effective exercise range for Metabolic Conditioning!

What does that mean?

It means, your body will learn how to continue to “get fitter” even when you leave the class. You will have more energy, feel better and continue to  use calories to control your weight and improve your health.
