Its time to enjoy a break from routine and some time for reflection before we close for the year. I trust in your term 3 of exercising you achieved a better sense of health and fitness.

If however you found yourself disappointed with your progress then let’s talk about how to better meet your expectations.
Firstly, be gentle with yourself. Understand that progress is not always linear; there will be ups and downs. Celebrate even the smallest victories, acknowledging your efforts and dedication.

Remember that your body is unique, and comparing yourself to others can lead to unnecessary frustration. Embrace your individuality and let your fitness journey reflect your personal growth and self-care.

In moments of setbacks, please view them as opportunities to learn and grow rather than failures. Listen to your body’s cues, prioritize rest and recovery, and nourish yourself with kindness.

Above all, focus on the intrinsic benefits of fitness, such as improved health, energy, and well-being, rather than solely fixating on external appearances. Your fitness journey is a lifelong process, and it’s perfectly okay to adjust your goals and expectations along the way. Approach it with patience, love, and a deep sense of compassion for yourself.

Wishing you a very happy and relaxing term 3 Break. We return to class week beginning 9th October 2023.

Live well with Health and WELLth!
