  • If NO…reflect on your week and make changes to your schedule to allow you to complete your 9-minute workout this coming week.

Please don’t feel defeated if you haven’t achieved your goal this week. We are here to help you implement a routine that will drive your fitness forward.

Forming lasting habits in exercise takes time, self-compassion and above all, persistence. You can get back on track with your exercise challenge for next week.

Daily exercise is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle and it doesn’t come as a pill or potion. Exercise is medicine for your mind, body and soul. Therefore take your 9  Minute dose of life giving exercise daily!
