I developed this simple and easy to follow fitness program for myself, my clients and others who can’t always get to gym classes…

9 minutes to Fitness is Square Box Fitness’ online exercise program that works with you – effectively, in the quickest amount of time. These exercises are a complete workout based on the latest fitness research and they only take 9 minutes to do!

Here’s a quick overview:
- You schedule your 9 minute workout – 5 days a week.
- Each week you will receive your 3 exercises along with your one minute online timer.
- Do the 3 exercises, and repeat 3 times in a circuit format.
- 9 minute Workout DONE!

Here’s how it works.
The 9 Minutes to Fitness program runs in 10 week cycles, there are 4 programs a year with 3 term breaks of 2 weeks – then we also have a big break in January where we challenge ourself with a new year resolution.
I design the programs this way because in my experience, having regular breaks form structured exercise helps with focusing on long term goals and ultimate fitness success.
And besides…I couldn’t think of anything more boring than doing the same thing over and over with no end in sight. My programs are challenging and changing – I’ll keep you guessing and excited to jump in and try the next workout!
Further the 9 Minutes to Fitness workouts use the scientific principles of athletic training and the fitness benefits are many, including:
