Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Kg Brussels Sprouts – Cleaned And Halved
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 200°C
- ♥ Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a large non stick baking pan and drizzle with the oil. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated, then spread them out in an even layer.
- ♥ Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper, to taste. Then flip each of the Brussels sprouts so that they are cut-side-down.
- ♥ Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are lightly charred and crisp on the outside and toasted on the bottoms. Check regularly as they burn easily.
- ♥ Serve warm and enjoy!
