Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Cauliflower Head – Sliced Into 2.5cm Slices, Leaving The Large Stem At The Bottom So It Helps The “Steaks” Hold Together.
- ♡ ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- ♡ 1 Garlic Clove – Crushed
- ♡ ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- ♡ 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
- To serve: Baby spinach leaves, pan fried mushrooms, hummus and garnish with mixed seeds
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 250ºC
- ♥ Place cauliflower steaks on baking tray lined with baking paper.
- ♥ Put the pepper, garlic, paprika and oil in a jar with a lid shake to mix.
- ♥ Drizzle the mixture on both sides of each cauliflower steak. Cover baking tray with foil and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the foil from the cauliflower and roast for 10 minutes.
- ♥ Gently flip the cauliflower steak and roast until a golden brown crust forms on both sides, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- ♥ Serve with baby spinach leaves, pan fried mushrooms, hummus and garnish with mixed seeds – enjoy!
