Ingredients
- ♡ 4 Cups Of Peeled & Grate Potato
- ♡ ¼ Cup Chives – Finely Chopped
- ♡ ¼ Cup Banana Pepper - Copped
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
- ♡ ½ Teaspoon Ground Paprika
- ♡ 2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil And A Pastry Brush
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- ♥ Place grated potato in a bowl and fill with cold water until potato is covered. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- ♥ Drain and rinse the potato, and then dry using a salad spinner or paper towels.
- ♥ Add Chives, banana pepper, cornflour and paprika, mix well with the potato.
- ♥ Line a tray with baking paper and brush the tray with some oil. Use a round biscuit cutter or egg rings, spoon in about half a cup of the potato mixture, flatten slight (but don’t compress) and brush with more oil and remove the ring.
- ♥ Continue until the mixture has all been used up, and then bake. Turn after 20 mins, and then baking for a further 15 mins or until gold in colour.
- ♥ Serve with sour cream, parsley and chives. Enjoy!
