Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 500g Green Beans – Top And Tailed
- ♡ ¼ Cup Flat Leaf Parsley – Finely Chopped
- ♡ Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- ♥ Heat the oil in a non stick fry pan (with a lid), add beans and stir fry for 1- 2 minutes.
- ♥ Add 1 tablespoon water and cover with the lid. Cook 2 -3 minutes or until the water has evaporated, and the beans are tender, but still firm.
- ♥ Stir through the parsley, serve and enjoy!
