Ingredients
- Cooking doesn’t have to be difficult, lightly sauté some Asparagus (in season in spring) and serve with lemon!
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 3 bunches (600g) Asparagus
- ♡ Lemon to season
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a fry pan
- ♥ Add Asparagus stir fry 1-2 minutes or until bright green and still crisp
- ♥ Serve as a side dish with lemon or as a delicious snack
