Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 500g Brussels Sprouts washed & halved
- ♡ 500g Kumara peeled and chopped into
- 2 cm cubes
- ♡ 2-3 Sprigs of lemon thyme
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a flame poof baking dish
- ♥ Add Brussels Sprouts and Kumara stir fry until changes in colour
- ♥ Stir through thyme and bake in a 200ºC oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- ♥ Serve as a side dish or mixed leaf salad.
