Ingredients
- ♡ 1 Bunch of Kale
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 2 Cloves Garlic
Instructions
- ♥ Wash, remove stalk, finely slice, and set aside.
- ♥ Heat oil in a wok or a large pan (with a lid).
- ♥ Add garlic, cook until fragrant.
- ♥ Add Kale and ⅓ cup water, gently stir fry. Reduce heat, cover with lid, simmer until kale is cooked.
- ♥ Season to taste
- ♥ Serve as a side dish or on mini toast as a snack!
