Ingredients
- ♡ 1 ½ Cups Steamed Broccoli
- ♡ 1 Cup Cooked/Canned Chickpeas
- ♡ ⅔ Cup Mixed Sliced Green And Red Capsicum
- ♡ ½ Cup Grilled Zucchini Slices
- ♡ ¼ Red Onion – Finely Sliced
- ♡ ¼ Cup Pitted Black Olives
- Sesame Seed Dressing:
- ♡ 3 Tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Instructions
- ♥ Combine the ingredients for the salad: Broccoli, chickpeas, capsicum, zucchini, onion, and olives.
- ♥ Gently toss and pour the sesame seed dressing over the salad.
- ♥ Serve and enjoy!
- For the Sesame seed Dressing:
- ♥ Put the sesame seeds in a frying pan and toast them over low heat. When 2 to 3 sesame seeds start popping, remove the pan from the heat.
- ♥ Mix in the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
