Ingredients
- ♡ 4-5 Fresh Carrots, Washed & Diagonally Sliced
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 2 Teaspoons Fresh Chopped Thyme (Or ½ Teaspoon Dried)
- ♡ Salt & Pepper For Seasoning To Taste
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- ♥ On the prepared baking sheet, mix together carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
- ♥ Put in oven to roast, stirring once mid-way through, and continue to bake until carrots are golden and tender, 20 to 25 minutes (cooking time will depend on thickness of carrots).
- ♥ Serves 2- 3 persons. Enjoy!
