Step 1: Fast & Sleep
Avoid food after 8 PM to support digestion & stabilize glucose levels. Head to bed by 11 PM (Sunday to Thursday) to ensure 7-8 hours of restful sleep, aiding memory, mood, & physical recovery.
Step 2: Morning Routine
Start your day with warm water to rehydrate & boost metabolism. Do a 9-minute Fitness WELLth Program for strength & balance, followed by a 20-minute brisk walk to improve heart health & mood.
Step 3: Breakfast (before 10AM)
Fuel your body with 2 servings of whole grains for sustained energy & digestion 2 servings of fruit for antioxidants & immune support & 2 servings of dairy to strengthen bones, muscles, & nerves.
Step 4: Lunch (after 1PM)
Enjoy lunch with 2 servings of vegetables for digestion & mood support 2 servings of grains for steady energy & 2 servings of dairy to boost calcium & protein intake.
Step 5: Afternoon Routine
Before 4PM: Complete another 9-minute Fitness WELLth Program to improve posture, stability & core strength, followed by a 20-minute brisk walk to enhance circulation, focus & stress relief.
Step 6: Dinner (before 8 PM)
